Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Njeri's website and services (including NjeriAgency, NjeriHR, NjeriJobs, and NjeriLearn), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Njeri provides:

  • Institutional Staffing and Managed Workforce solutions
  • Executive and General Recruitment
  • Outsourced HR and Payroll Management
  • NjeriLearn Training and Professional Development
  • International Remote Placement and POE services
  • Internship and Graduate Pipeline management
  • Workforce Compliance and Labour Advisory

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information in all applications and registrations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable Gambian and international labour laws
  • Not engage in harassment, fraud, or misrepresentation
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Njeri and its partners

Placement Guarantees

  • 48–72 hour replacement guarantee: For institutional staffing placements, if a staff member becomes unavailable, Njeri will provide a qualified replacement within 48–72 working hours at no additional cost.
  • 90-day recruitment guarantee: For recruitment services, if a hired candidate does not meet agreed-upon performance standards within 90 days, Njeri will assist in finding a replacement candidate.

Guarantees are subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within the terms specified in your contract (typically 30 days). Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Njeri is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Errors or delays in service delivery beyond our control
  • Third-party actions or decisions made by clients regarding placements

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Confidentiality

Both Njeri and our clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during recruitment, staffing, and advisory engagements. This includes candidate details, business operations, and contract terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platforms — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Njeri or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without permission.

Termination

Njeri reserves the right to terminate accounts or services if users violate these terms, engage in fraud, or breach service agreements. Termination may be effective immediately or with written notice as specified in the service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Gambia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts of The Gambia as a last resort.

Changes to Terms

Njeri may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
